Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 small onion chopped
    1 10 OZ can of Green Chilies
    1 Can of FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
    8 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
    8 OZ low fat Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese
    10 OZ can of Enchilada Sauce

Directions

Brown Ground Beef and onions, drain. Add Chilies and Soup, mix well. Spoon beef mixture in totillias spinkle 2T of Cheese on top of Meat. Roll up, and place seam side down in a sprayed 13X9 baking dishe. Pour Enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining Cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 mins, uncover and bake an additional 5 mins uncovered.
