Ingredients

    chicken stock
    left over chicken

    or

    Make a fresh stock from raw chicken (breast or leg quarter.
    Cover the chicken with water, max two inches over.

    finely diced onion
    Konnyaku Knots or Noodles
    Salt to taste

    More vegetables and garlic if calories permit.
    But may increase prep and cooking time.
    Braggs Amino Acid if soy is OK

This is low calories, low carbs, and gluten, dairy, wheat, corn, etc free.

Directions

Start with chicken stock and add cooked chicken or cook a raw chicken breast or leg. Simmer with small onion and Konnyaku noodles or knots you want to eat. The konnyaku noodles won't count as any calories because the body using it as fiber. When it says 13 g of carbs, it also has 8 g of fiber. So it only counts as 5 carbs. Add salt to taste. Other vegetables and garlic if your diet permits. If you can handle soy, then use Braggs Amino Acid (like soy sauce). Garnish the top with a few scallon pieces.
