Ingredients

    Beef Round Steak (cut into 1 inch strips)
    Broccoli, fresh, 4 cups - chopped
    Cornstarch
    Soy Sauce
    Garlic
    Onion
    Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

Cut meat into 1 inch strips.

Saute onion and garlic in cooking spray. Add meat, brown.

Mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, teriyaki sauce, and 1/4 cup water. pour into meat.

Add Broccoli, cover and simmer on low, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.

Serve over rice, if desired.
