Ingredients

    1 cup pinto beans, cooked (if using canned, rinse well to remove excess salt)
    1/2 cup canned diced tomato, no salt added
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced bell peppers
    1 tbs tomato paste
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp paprika
    dash crushed red pepper

Directions

I prefer to use dry beans, soaked over night, then cooked in crock pot.
Mix all ingredients in small saucepan, simmer until hot.

Serving Size: makes 1 1.5-cup serving
