Ingredients

    1 bunch of broccoli
    1 large pepper - red or yellow
    1 large carrots sliced on the diagonal
    mr. dash seasoning
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    salt
    pepper

Directions

chop all veggies into larger uniform pieces, place in large plastic storage bag add evoo and spices to taste. pour into glass baking dish and roast at 425 covered with foil until tender crisp.
