    5 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium-sized cucumber, chopped,
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    2 Serrano chiles, diced
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours, tossing every 30 minutes. Serve.
