Introduction

I use this sauce to transform my berries from ordinary to decadent. I prefer this to heavy whipping cream as it is lower in carbs and lactose free. I find that 1/8 cup is the perfect serving size for about a 1/2 cup of fruit. I use this sauce to transform my berries from ordinary to decadent. Ingredients

    Silk, Unsweetened Soymilk, 1 cup, .25 serving
    Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
    SweetLeaf Stevia Plus - 1 packet, 1 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Mix together soymilk and mayonnaise.
2. Add sweetener and vanilla.
3. Pour over fruit and enjoy!
