Ingredients

    Turkey (Or chicken) 1 cup chopped (already cooked)
    Frozen mixed veggies 5 ounces to 1 cup as desired
    Frozen or refrigerated pie crust ready to use (1)
    1 tablespoon I can't believe it's not butter spread
    Skim milk 1/2cup
    Ms. Dash 1 teaspoon to taste

Directions

Melt butter or margerine in pan, add flour to make roux. Add milk and stir constantly until thickened. Add seasonings, then add veggies and meat. Place mixture in a 9 inch round pie dish or 8 inch square dish. Top with thawed pie crust. Make 2 slits in middle to vent. Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Cut into 8 servings.

    Added onion and garlic powder (1/2 tsp. each), poultry seasoning (1/4 tsp.) and real butter. Yes, adds a bit to the calories. But makes it taste better, too. - 11/28/20
