    1/4 c orange juice
    1/4 c lime juice
    1 tbls olive oil
    5 cloves of garlic, minced
    3 c broccoli chopped
    1 c chopped onion
    1/2 c chopped red pepper
    4 oz shrimp
    4 oz baby scallops
    2 tbls soy sauce


Wisk juices, 1/2 tbls oil, and garlic and set aside.
Stir fry onion in remaining oil. Add pepper. Add broccoli. Stir fry until veggies are crisp tender. Add a little water if necessary. Remove and keep warm.
Heat Wok to med high. Add shrimp and stir fry until done. Add to veggies. Stir fry the scallops until done. Return all the veggies and shrimp to the wok. Add the juices and stir fry a couple minutes. Add soy sauce and serve.
