Ingredients

    * 2 Cups Cooked Instant Brown Rice
    * 6 oz Medium Shrimp, Frozen, Cooked, Tail Off
    * 2 Large Whole Eggs
    * 2 Large Eggs, WHITES ONLY
    * 2 tsp. EVOO
    * Garlic Salt, To Taste
    * Seasoning Salt, To Taste

Tips

* Add a desired amount of teriyaki or low sodium soy sauce for extra flavor!


Directions

* Steam rice and set aside
* In a skillet or wok, pan fry shrimp, eggs, egg white, garlic salt, and seasoning salt in 1 tsp. EVOO, on medium heat, for 3 minutes
* Add 1 tsp. of EVOO and cooked rice to wok or frying pan
* Pan fry all ingredients together for 3-5 minutes, until desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste
* Serve and enjoy
