Introduction

I was hungry for quiche but to avoid crust decided to try something new and lent my cupcake pan to sister so loaf pan and some yummy ingrediants. Ingredients

    6 Eggs
    tsp garlic
    1/2 tsp of tomato basil garlic Mrs. Dash (r)
    2 roma tomatos
    1/4 cup of dince onion
    1 cup of spinach
    1/2 cup of reduced fat feta cheese

put all ingrediants in a bowl and mix and put in loaf pan or muffin pan. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes
