Introduction

Great dressing for salads or as a marinade. Great dressing for salads or as a marinade.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp hot sauce
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

In a bowl combine all ingredients except oil. Slowly whisk in oil. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Serving Size: Makes about 3/4 cup or 6 2-tbsp servings
