Introduction

Dana Carpender's egg nog recipe for raw eggs (I use pasteurized). She has another recipe that involves cooking them. Basically, the only low carb eggnog recipe on this site that I could find requires separating the eggs and whipping the whites. This one doesn't. What can I say? I'm lazy that way.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup half & half
    3 packets Splenda, or 2 Tbsp granulated Splenda
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch of salt
    pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Blend all ingredients except nutmeg together for 30 seconds. Serve in glasses, sprinkling the nutmeg on top.
