Ingredients

    2lbs Chuck Roast
    1 1/2 cups of carrots
    5 small yellow potatoes cubed
    1 med. onion sliced
    2 cups of beef broth
    2 small cans of mushrooms
    2 tsp of Goya Adobo seasoning
    salt
    pepper


Tips

I didn't thicken up the gravy because I didn't want to add more fattening stuff to it.
I'm new to this site and I never measure anything when I cook so seasoning may be off. I'm not sure but I think I will get 8 1-cup servings from this. My husband loved it but then again he loves bland food. I like it because the meat came out so tender.


Directions

cube potatoes, chop up carrots, slice onions, sprinkle adobo seasoning on the meat. Throw everything together in the slow cooker. Put on temp #5 for 5 hours then between #3 & 4 for the next 3 hours. I didn't thicken up the gravy because I didn't want to add more fattening stuff to it.
