Ingredients
-
1 cup long grain brown rice (or any grain you like)

2 TBSP agave nectar (I skipped this today. Use other sweeteners such as regular sugar, brown rice syrup, stevia, etc.)
Tips
The pudding will be a little thin & will thicken in the fridge. Serve it cold topped with whipped cream or any topping of your choice (raisins, nuts, berries, chocolate shavings).

Place all the ingredients except for the sweetener into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 5 hours or on high for about 3 hours. Or till rice is soft. Add sweetener when it is finished and stir in. Then taste and add extra sweetener if needed. Then chill in refrigerator for an hour or till chilled.
