    4 c Oats, quick cooking
    1/2 c Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1/2 c Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    1/3 c Carnation instant nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c Brown Sugar (unpacked)
    1 T Cinnamon, ground


For more sweetness, add fruit (i.e., banana, apple, pear).


Place all ingrediants in a a gallon size storage bag. Shake to combine. Store in fridge.

MEAL PREP: Mix equal part oatmeal mix with equal part water. More water if you like it thinner.

(1/2 - oatmeal mix + 1/2 c water)

Microwave at 50% power 1-2 min.

Serving Size: Makes 10 to 12 1/2-cup servings
