Ingredients

3/4 C Canned Pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 C Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Honey
2 packets Stevia
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
Tips
If the pancake cannot be easily flipped, it needs more cooking time. Increase heat if pancakes are not darkening. These get dark quickly, so keep your eye on it!
Directions
Add ingredients in food processor and pulse to combine. Heat pan to medium heat. Oil as desired. Drop and spread batter inside the pan. Cook until set, turn, finish cooking. Pancake might be "spongy" at first, but will set as it cools. Serve warm.
