    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Pears, fresh, .5 pear, small (approx 3 per lb)
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb
    Honeydew Melon, 2 cup, diced
    Cucumber (peeled), .25 medium

Tips

Pour in a glass and enjoy, or you can chill it prior to drinking it. The juice will stay good in a fridge for about a day.
