Ingredients

3 slices bacon, cooked,drained and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
11-12 new potatoes, halved
1 carton Campbell low sodium chicken broth
8oz small shrimp
4 oz bay scallops
1tin low fat evaporated milk
Directions
Cook bacon,drain on paper towel and crumble
Saut� onion and celery in same pan after draining bacon fat
Prepare potatoes
Combine broth, vegetables and bacon in a large pot
Simmer for 30 minutes over med-low heat
Add seafood and bring back to a boil
Simmer 10 minutes or until seafood is cooked
Remove from heat and add evaporated milk
Serve and enjoy
