    Boar's Head All Natural Smoked Uncured Ham, 6 oz
    *Cheese, Colby Jack Cheese Tillamook, 3 oz
    *Kale Salad, by Harvest Sensations - 2cup),
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces
    Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced/ chopped
    All Whites liquid egg whites - 1.0 cup
    Egg, fresh, 5 large


Great with guacamole and creme fraiche.


Saute' onions, zucchini, mushrooms in olive oil slightly, over medium heat. Add meat, cheese, kale briefly. Stir in eggs. Allow to set briefly, then bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
