Introduction

A lovely creamy vegan soup, and low cal too. A lovely creamy vegan soup, and low cal too.

Ingredients

    500g cauliflower, chopped
    100g onion, chopped
    20g cashew nuts
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    generous pepper and salt
    2 grates of fresh nutmeg
    4 saffron threads
    1 litre of water

Directions

boil everything until soft,then blend and serve hot.
