Ingredients

    Oats, 1 cup
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Maple Syrup, .5 tbsp
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .25 cup

Tips

I often make a triple batch. Change things up with the nuts or fruit. I also use agave in place of the honey at times


Directions

mix the oats and spices. add the nuts. add everything else except the fruit.
spread out on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non stick spray or parchment paper
bake at 200 degrees for about 2 hours.
cool then add dried fruit
