Ingredients

    Canned Tomatoes
    Red Bell Pepper
    Chicken Broth
    Ro*tel Mild
    Celery
    Turkey
    Lime
    Black Beans

Tips

You can include shredded cheese also.

Directions

In the blender, combine tomatoes, bell pepper, half of the chicken broth, celery, and rotel. Mix until desired thickness and put into a large pot on the stove. I used pre-cooked turkey. Pour everything into the pot but the lime. Cut it in half. Squeeze the juice you can out of it, then toss the lime in with the rest of the mixture and remove after 30 mins on the stove on low.
