Ingredients

    * 3 oz. dried pasta (any kind - will make about 1.5 cups cooked)

    * 1 TBSP Olive oil

    * 4 cloves garlic, chopped

    * 1 cup fresh mushroom slices

    * 6 oz. frozen, precooked shrimp

    * 1 cup pasta sauce (any kind)

    * 2 tsp. dried parsley

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Thaw shrimp by placing it in a strainer under cold running water for 5-7 minutes. Turn frequently.

3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium skillet. Add garlic and cook for several minutes until it becomes softer.

4. Add mushrooms, pasta sauce, parsley and thawed shrimp and heat through. Mushrooms should turn brown and release juice. About 5-7 minutes.

5. Divide pasta onto two plates (about 3/4 cup of pasta each) and spoon half of the sauce mixture over each plate.

Enjoy!
