Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving (remove)
    *Dried Cherries, 1 cup (remove)
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 3 oz (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cup (remove)
    Post Grape-Nuts Cereal, 0.25 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    Honey, .25 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)

Tips

They do not stay together real well like tradional bars, so i kept the bars in the pan and put them in the fridge. Delicious!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and then press into a foil lined 9x9 square glass pan. Spray the foil with cooking spray first. Bake at 325 for 30 mins or until lightly browned.
