Ingredients

    Chicken breast sliced into strips-1lb
    Green peppers 1 cup
    red peppers .5 cup
    .5 yellow onion
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    1 tbsp seasoning salt
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    .5 tbsp ground black pepper
    1.5 cups cooked long grain white rice


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingrediants in a mixing bowl, (let sit in refrigerator overnight for more flavor)
Cook for 75 minutes
makes 3 servings
