Ingredients

1 Tbs bacon grease
3 potatoes, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, diced
1/2 stalk broccoli, chopped
4 cheddarwurst links, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup milk
red pepper flakes to taste
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Tips
I just divided the pan into quarters and called that a serving size. I'd guess it was about a cup and a half of the mixture.
Directions
Heat pan to medium.
Add bacon grease and red pepper flakes.
Add celery, potatoes, onions. Let cook until onions are just starting to turn translucent. Add garlic and seasonings.
Let cook until potatoes are almost soft. Add milk. Let reduce for 3 minutes, add sausage pieces. Once they are warmed through, and the milk is mostly reduced, it's ready. Enjoy!
