    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, whipped (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    *Mint Extract (1/4 teaspoon), 3.75 tsp (remove)

Directions

mix cream, milk, sugar, mint extract, pour into icecream maker. add coarse chopped chocolate at 25 minutes.
