Ingredients

    -1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp of coconut
    -1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp of chocolate chips
    -1/4 cup of oats
    -2 cups of cooked chickpeas
    -2 Tbsp of brown sugar
    -1 Tbsp of canola or coconut oil
    -1 Tbsp of honey
    -1/2 tsp of baking soda
    -pinch of salt
    -4 pkg of stevia
    -2 tsp of vanilla extract

Tips

Add a little water if needed to make this stick better


Directions

-Blend the chickpeas everything but the chocolate chips in a food processor
-Add chocolate chips and stir
-Form into 16 balls and enjoy!
