1/3 cup Truvia
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
3 medium, ripe bananas
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Optional: 3 pistachios per muffin
