2 1/4 cups nonfat milk
1/2 cup GF unsweetened cocoa powder(callebaut chocolate)
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons GF cornstarch
Tips
Use a medium sized saucepan as the mixture seems to "take flight" from a shallow sauce pan. Watch the mixture closely so as not to catch and burn on the bottom. I mixed all but a 1/4 cup of the Rice milk and the 1 tlbspoon of the cornstarch into the pan. I added these remaining ingredients last once the mixture was smooth to ensure that it thickened.

PREPARATION
Combine milk, cocoa, sugar and cornstarch in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking often, until steaming. Continue to cook, whisking constantly, until it comes to a boil, then remove from the heat.
