These are Great just had to get the extra sodium out. These are Great just had to get the extra sodium out.

    4 medium Red Skin Potatoes, washed skin on diced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    Ms Dash to taste.


I either mix the Parmesan Cheese & Ms Dash right in the Olive Oil & toss until will coated or I will put the Parmesan Cheese & Ms Dash on top of the Potatoes add the Olive Oil on the other side of bowl & the toss.


Preheat oven 450 degrees. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray. Slice potatoes in half then cut into half inch cubes. Place potatoes in a medium bowl and toss with oil. Combine Parmesan Cheese, Ms Dash in a small bowl. Add Parmesan mixture to potatoes. Toss to coat evenly. Arrange Potatoes on baking sheet. Bake, turning once until potatoes are lightly browned and easily pierced with a knife, about 25 min.
