Ingredients

    1 cup frozen edamame shelled
    1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    dash salt
    dash black pepper
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Tips

Do not thaw frozen edamame before roasting.
If you don't have a silicone baking sheet insert, use parchment paper to ensure the edamame will roast crisp.


Directions

Place a silicone baking sheet insert in a baking pan
Pour frozen edamame in baking pan
Coat with olive oil
season with garlic, onion, salt and pepper
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over all and toss
Spread the edamame out in the pan
Bake at 400 degrees for about 18 minutes
