Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    brown in large pot, drain in strainer while you
    add
    3Tbsp canola oil
    2 cups chopped green bell pepper
    2 cups chopped mushrooms
    1 lg onion chopped
    5 cloves garlic chopped
    1 can green chillies
    hot pepper flakes
    In large pot cook vegtables in oil until tender
    return turkey and add all seasonings, taco, chilli powder and cumin.
    add 2 cans of black beans rinsed and drained,
    one can diced tomatoe,
    1 32 oz can crushed tomato
    12 oz v8 juice or to desired thickness
    simmer at least 20 minutes

Tips

You could leave out the turkey and add 1-2 more cans of black beans.


Directions

I used a small food processer to chop all of the vegtables very small dice
