Introduction

Ingredients

    5 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 jar of Salsa
    1 packet of Taco Seasoning

Tips

There will be a lot of liquid after cooking, but when the chicken is shredded it will absorb the liquid and keep the meat moist.


Directions

Add chicken to crock pot, top with taco seasoning and smother with salsa. Cook for 4-5 hours and then shred with a fork.
