Ingredients

12oz. plain kefir
2oz flaxseed oil
1-2 tsp dried or fresh chopped basil
1 TBSP dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 - 6 drops lemon flavored stevia
1 TBSP prepared mustard (optional)
1 TBSP chia seeds (to thicken)
Shake vigorously and serve. Best if it sits for 30min or more before eating.
Tips
plain kefir can be whole milk or lowfat. You can also use plain stevia and add a tsp or more of lemon juice. Chia seeds aren't necessary, but they do add to the stability and nutrition.
