Ingredients

    4 med tomatoes, chopped
    2 med Bermuda onions, chopped
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    half a bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 tbsp dried chili flakes
    1 tsp. chili paste
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp ground coriander
    1 tsp. salt

    mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour (at least.) Adjust seasoning to taste.

Directions

mix together and refrigerate - no cooking!
