Introduction
Yummmmy! Actually makes Tilapia taste good. Yummmmy! Actually makes Tilapia taste good.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
3-4 fillets of Tilapia
3 large cloves garlic
1 large T lemon juice
4T fresh chopped parsley
3T butter
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Add more lemon if you like. I'm not a lemon lover and much prefer the flavor of the garlic and butter but if you do not find it overpowering, bring on the lemon juice.
Directions
Rinse and pat dry fish fillets. Place in a glass cooking dish and set aside.
Melt butter in frying pan and saute the chopped garlic. Cook the garlic a few minutes -- careful not to burn it.
Pour butter/garlic sauce over the fish.
Lightly sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper and sea salt.
Sprinkle with chopped Parsley.
Squeeze lemon wedge over the fillets.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 mintues.
If thin fillets, reduce time to 8-10 minutes.
Serving Size: 4 4-oz fillets
