Ingredients

    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Potato, raw, 4 cup diced
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Butter, salted, 0.5 cup
    Flour, white, 0.5 cup
    Milk, 2%, 4 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cans
    Farmland 95% Fat Free Cubed Ham, 32 ounces



Tips

This recipe can be cut in half with no problems. Is VERY good served with bread, and keeps well for next day.


Directions

Put water and vegetables (except corn) into stock pot with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes until vegetables are tender. remove from heat and do NOT drain. Melt butter in a saucepan and blend in flour. Add milk and cook on high until thick and bubbly. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add to vegetables with corn and ham and heat. Serve.
