    2 Cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 pouches Dry Onion Soup & recipe Mix
    6 Medium Potatoes, cut into quarters
    6 Medium carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
    4 pound Boneless Beef Bottom Round Roast


Remove roast to serving platter and slice into 1 ounce slices, place veggies around sliced meat. Pour remaining liquid from crockpot to a med saucepan and heat to slow boil and add flour till thickened to make gravy.


Cut up potatoes and carrots and place in slow cooker.Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 packet of Onion soup mix. Mix soup mix with the potato and carrot mix. Trim excess fat from roast. Mix the remaining cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix and spread over the roast until completely coated. Place Roast on top of vegetable mixture. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Servings (approx. 2-3oz meat and 1/2 cup veggies)
