    12 eggs, 12 slices of honey ham, 12 cherry tomatos, and .5 cup chopped green onion.


Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, line each cup with a slice of honey ham, crack an egg into each cup, add one sliced tomato and sprinkle with green onions. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
