Introduction
This Indian-inspired taco is easy and quick to make. (I should mention for those with sensitive stomaches that it is not spicy hot). Ingredients

1 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. curry powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup (236 grams) ground turkey
2 medium flour tortillas
Tips
Spice measurements may vary depending on your taste. I suggest flavouring the meat to suit your taste. Also, if you wish to add a bit of heat, add a dash of crushed red pepper, to taste.
Directions
1. In skillet brown ground turkey.
2. When turkey is 3/4 of the way browned, add half tablespoon of curry powder.
3. When turkey is completed cooked, add rest of curry powder, onion powder, and cinnamon to skillet. Stir.
4. Place 1/2 cup ground turkey and 1/2 cup spinach on each tortilla.
