Introduction

Chunky and tasty chili with lots of beans and tomatoes! Chunky and tasty chili with lots of beans and tomatoes!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Red kidney beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can Dark red kidney beans
    3 Lg Cans diced Tomatoes
    2 Sm Cans Diced tomatoes with green chiles
    1lb hamburger, browned and drained
    1 jar mild salsa
    1/8-1/4 cup chili powder




Tips

Top with low fat mozzarella and saltine crackers. (calories are not counted for these) Also, I usually do not put salsa in my chili, but I found that the onions I was going to use went bad, so I substituted with salsa. You can also put bell peppers in, I didn't have any on hand today.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 5-7 hours.
