Introduction
Great for a snack, with yogurt for breakfast (add some dried fruit) or as a cereal with milk. Gluten free and low in sugars. Ingredients

8 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1 cup Flax Seeds (Whole)
1/4 lb Pecans
1/3 lb Walnuts
1/3 lb Sunflower Seeds (Raw)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon (Ground)
12 Tbsp Agave Nectar (Light)
8 Tbsp Brown Rice Syrup
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 lb Almond Slivers (Toasted w/salt)
You will need an extra large bowl, 2 large cookie sheets, parchment paper, spatula, timer.
Tips
You can easily sub brown sugar for the agave nectar and honey for the brown rice syrup.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325 and place parchment paper on cookie sheets.
In bowl, combine dry ingredients, mix well. Add wet ingredients and stir until all dry ingredients are well coated.
Pour half of the mixture into each pan and spread with spatula over parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, remove from oven, stir and re-spread and bake for another 8-10 minutes until a light golden brown.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container. You can easily sub brown sugar for the agave nectar and honey for the brown rice syrup.
