Introduction

I couldn't get the canteloupe to say 1/2 cup...but that is the correct amount of fruit to use in the recipe...and same with the Crystal Light it is only a 1/4 cup of tea, 1/4 cup of pineapple with natural juice... Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(remove)
    *Pineapple, canned, 1/4 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks(remove)
    canteloupe (rockemelon), 0.25 medium(remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Crystal Light Sugar Free Low Calorie Iced Tea, with aspartame, powder, 1/4 cup (remove)


    Once you've gathered all your ingriedients, place in blender. Puree until thoroughly blended and enjoy
