Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onion,1 medium (chopped)
    Garlic, 1 clove (chopped)
    Carrots,1 large (chopped)
    Celery, 1 stalk (chopped)
    Lentils, 2.25 cup (cooked)
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp (toasted)
    Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained
    Savory, ground, .5 tsp
    Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shredded

Directions

In a saucepan, fry onions in the oil.
Add all other ingredients except cheese. Heat on medium and let reduce.
Pour into the pie shell. Spread cheese on top.
Bake in an oven at 350F for 20 min.
