Introduction

Ingredients

    -Mixed Vegetables (Corn, peas, carrots, and green beans), frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    -Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    -Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    -Cooked Lentils, 1 cup
    -3 red potatoes thinly sliced
    -1/2 medium onion (Don't Chop, just leave onion in to get flavor and nutrients, discard onion before serving)
    -Garlic, 2 cloves (Don't chop or mince, leave cloves in to get flavor and nutrients, discard before serving)
    -Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1.5 lb cut in small pieces
    -Zucchini, 2 cup, juliened
    -Summer squash, 1 cup juliened
    -Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    -Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp
    -Rosemary, dried, 1.5 tbsp
    -Salt, 0.75 tbsp
    -Ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp

Tips

If soup is too thick, add more chicken broth or water

Seasonings are approx. Taste test to your own preference.

For more protein content, add more lentils.


Directions

Use 3 qt or larger size pot

Cook beef pieces in pan before adding them to soup

Add all ingredients, bring to a slow boil, then cook on Lo for 30 minutes to 1 hour stirring occasionally
