Introduction
This is really tasty. Kind of like an oatmeal cookie in a cooked oatmeal texture. Change it around to make it your own by adding flax meal, raisins, chopped apple or pear, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, nuts or whatever else you desire. This is really tasty. Ingredients

3 tbsp. dry old fashioned rolled oats (or substitute rice flakes or quinoa flakes if you can't tollerate oats)
1 tbsp brown sugar (or to taste, or sweetener of choice)
dash of salt
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk (1%)
dash of pumpkin pie spice (or spice/flavoring of choice)
1 tbsp dried cranberries or other dried fruit
or 1/4 cup fresh fruit
3 tbsp 1% cottage cheese
Directions
Spray a large cup, soup bowl, or ramekin with butter flavoured spray. Add all the ingredients to cup and mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stopping to stir half way through the cooking time. Remove from microwave and stir again and let sit for a couple of minutes to cool. Enjoy
