Introduction

I drink this every morning with a handfull of 10-12 almonds. Easy on-the-go breakfast! Not the prettiest or sweetest smoothie but it is quick, easy, and nutritious. Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup frozen mangos
    3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
    2 cups organic fresh spinach
    1/2 cup flax meal
    2 cups STRONG brewed green tea, 2 bags (I use lemon ginseng)

Directions

Add frozen ingredients first, then spinach and flax. Blend for 30 sec to 1 minute.
