Ingredients

50 mini muffin liners
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons each vegetable oil & water

1-1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tips
I suggest unwrapping the Reese's cups before you get started :) OR, you can substitute the mini PB cups for whatever tickles yours fancy...raspberries, caramel squares, Hershey Kisses (or hugs!) you name it!
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). IMPORTANT: Line with mini liners and spray with baking grease.
2. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
3. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, vegetable oil and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
4. Place unwrapped Mini PB Cups right-side-up in LINED muffin tins. Place a teaspoon or so of batter over each PB Cup so that the batter is level. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Do not overbake! Cool for 10 minutes and use a slender knife or spoon to pop the brownies out, and pop in your mouth!
